The William Fry training programme strikes a fine balance between being afforded early responsibility and getting the support and guidance which a trainee needs to develop as a lawyer.  Working in William Fry has afforded me the opportunity to gain experience across a diverse spectrum of practice areas in a friendly atmosphere, under the supervision of some of the most highly respected lawyers in the industry and while working on high profile and exciting transactions.
